The University of Minnesota crowdfunding website provides U supporters with an easy way to create customized fundraising pages for U causes.
Step 1: Create your own fundraising page
Start setting up your fundraising page by choosing a fundraising category.
Once you have chosen a category, you will be prompted to create an account and start building your page.
Please note: While building your page, you are required to choose the fund you want to raise donations for. If you do not see the fund you wait to raise donations for, contact our team at email@example.com
After you have finished building your fundraising page, it will be live on our site and ready to accept gifts.
Step 2: Tell everyone about your fundraiser!
The most effective way to raise money is to email your networks. In addition, share your page on social media, use print marketing items, or add a link to your email signature. When promoting your page in social media, be sure to use #UMNGive.
Step 3: Watch the donations roll in and say thank you.
As each donation comes in to support your U cause, be sure to thank your donors promptly and share your appreciation. Because of you, lives are being forever transformed at the University of Minnesota.
