Help University of Minnesota student leaders close the gender and inclusivity gaps in computer science.

The students of Code the Gap work with K-12 schools to teach computing fundamentals to girls and underrepresented groups in computer science fields. Through coding classes, hack-a-thons, and guest lecturers from STEM fields, Code the Gap shows students that anyone can succeed in computer science. Your support covers the cost of transportation, hardware, robotics kits, educational events, and more as Code the Gap expands their efforts to inspire more curious young minds.

Code the Gap doesn’t just instill a love of coding and problem solving, they show the next generation of programmers that everyone has a place in computer engineering.
