The Institute for Prostate and Urologic Cancers at the University of Minnesota is partnering with the University of Minnesota Foundation to raise funds to benefit bladder cancer research and support programs for patients. This year, we are looking to make a big stride with our fundraising efforts by setting a $50,000 goal!
Bladder cancer is the seventh most common cancer in the U.S. and the third most common cancer in men, yet there is not enough knowledge of the early warning signs and not nearly enough funding for research to find better treatments and a potential cure for this disease. There are over a half-million individuals living with this disease in the U.S.
To continue the Masonic Cancer Center’s long history as a leader in cutting-edge cancer research, we hope that you will be able to join us in our walk or donate in honor of those affected by this life-changing disease. All donations will be directed to the Bladder Cancer Research and Education Fund. Donations can be made by clicking the “Give Now” button. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of many.
To create a personal fundraising page and share your story with others, please click the “Join This Team” button. This will create your own personal page that you can share via email and/or social media.
