This October 7th, members of the Flying Gophers student group will travel to Washington D.C. to compete in the Army Ten Miler.  We will be competing in the ROTC division where last year we placed 3rd and this year we are hopping to place in the top three again.

This event is the largest ten-mile race in the world. It is held every October in Washington, DC, sponsored by the U.S. Military District of Washington. Last year’s race drew over 38,000 runners and 543 teams, with 88 teams competing in the ROTC Division.

We ask for your support to help us with the costs associated with this event. All gifts to this page support the U of M Department of Aerospace Studies Flying Gophers Fund.

Thank you very much for your consideration and support. Ski-U-Mah!
