It has been 5 years since Matt died, and I would like to mark this occasion and his memory by raising $5,000 for Adult Cystic Fibrosis. Matt fought cystic fibrosis all his life, but it never held him back. He had a second chance at life through a lung transplant in 2006. Matt died from complications from Cystic Fibrosis and transplant rejection on July 1, 2011.
He loved sharing laughter with his wife and children. He enjoyed being with his kids: reading bedtime stories, playing with trains, and playing with his min pins Indi and Max. Matt was an avid football fan, and was a die hard Chicago Bears fan. He loved classic cars, most importantly his 1969 Chevelle. He was an amazing friend.
Please keep Matt's memory alive by donating to a cause that he truely cared about and can help other families keep their fathers, husbands and sons longer.
